Yogi Tea
Good for the blood, colon, nervous system, and bones. Good for colds, flu, and physical weakness. 10 ounces water 2 slices fresh ginger root 3 cloves 4 green cardamom pods, cracked 4 black peppercorns ½ stick cinnamon ¼ teaspoon black tea ( optional ) or try green tea ½ cup milk or equivalent Honey to taste ( optional ) Bring the water to a boil and add the spices. Cover and continue boiling for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add black tea, and let steep for 1-2 minutes. Add honey and milk, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Strain and serve. One cup. For a quart I just fill my palms with the small spices and take a 6 inch ginger root cut up and about 6 cinnimon sticks
boil for 1 hour or so and then strain
. I add this tea to a cup and put in a tea bag

GOLDEN MILK
Snap, crackle, and pop is not what you want to hear when you bend your knees. Turmeric, that little orange spice, helps make the bones and joints flexible. And it doesnt take much. 1/8 teaspoons turmeric ¼ cup water Simmer 5-7 minutes, then add: 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons almond oil (cold pressed) Bring just up to the boiling point, do not boil !!!!! If desired, add sweetener ( honey or maple syrup) to taste. You can also make it frothy by putting it in the blender
use the lowest setting. Drink warm, Its a great bedtime drink.
